About Carrie Cannon
Hi, I am Carrie, a registered health coach with a background in nursing.
I believe everyone has the power to take charge of their own health and well-being at any stage of life. I have worked across the life span and seen the possibilities and the results when individuals become the expert in their health.
I currently really enjoy working with women and am a big advocate for health and vitality in aging.
My mission is to provide the support, knowledge, and guidance needed, whether through personalised coaching, group programmes, talks, or workplace initiatives, to help women feel their best and live with confidence.
I can see that health coaching could play a vital role in reshaping our medical systems, helping to prevent and reduce lifestyle-related diseases through proactive care, education, and community support.
As the founder and president of ThinkPinkLux ASBL, I am dedicated to supporting women living in Luxembourg with the daily realities of cancer. It was for this area of my work that I was awarded an MBE in the 2025 honours list in the UK.
